On Sunday 18th March Jassa attended the Rakuten TV EMPIRE awards 2018.
The star-studded event saw Steven Spielberg honoured with the Legend of Our Lifetime Award.
Amma Asante took home the Inspiration Award and delivered a powerful thank you speech, addressing the need for greater representation in the industry.
